You can convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher whenever you like, as long as they are still valid. You can do this in two places, and it works exactly the same way in both:

• from your customer account, under “My loyalty”, by clicking “Convert into a voucher”;

• from your cart, via the tab below the product summary.

You then have two options:

• convert all your available points;

• convert only the points expiring within the next 2 months, leaving the rest of your balance untouched.

The conversion generates a discount voucher with a code, worth the number of points converted (1 point = €1). Simply add this code to your cart and its value will be deducted from your order total. The voucher applies to the total value of the products, excluding delivery charges.

Once created, your voucher is valid for 1 year. You can find it in your customer account, under “My loyalty”, in the “My discount vouchers” section, along with its value and expiry date.

If your order total is lower than the value of your voucher, the difference is automatically carried over to a new discount voucher. If it is higher, the voucher value is deducted from the total and you pay the rest using the payment method of your choice.

In our shops, simply ask the sales adviser to use your points when you pay at the till.
