Since January 2026, each loyalty point is valid for 1 year from the date it was earned. 

For example, points earned on an order placed on 15 March remain valid until 15 March the following year.

The expiry date of each batch of points is shown in your customer account, under “My loyalty”. Any point not converted by that date can no longer be used.

Points earned before January 2026 share a single expiry date: they will expire on 31 December 2026 if they have not been converted into a voucher by then.
Points already converted into a voucher are not affected: the voucher has its own validity period of 1 year from the date it was created.
