You can cancel your order yourself, as long as it has not yet been prepared, directly from your Le Petit Vapoteur account (My account / My orders). You will then be able to place the order again by selecting the generated discount voucher and choosing the correct address.

If the status of your order does not allow you to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service team at +33 2 33 54 14 15 as soon as possible:

• If the order has not yet been packed, you will be able to update the information with the help of one of our advisors;

• If the modification is not possible, you will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us by the carrier. Once this happens, we will contact you by email to offer you a solution that best suits your needs.
