If you wish to return a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by email or by phone. You may also visit one of our stores.
Once the return process has been initiated, a return label will be generated in your customer account so that you can send the product back to us free of charge. Upon receipt, the item will be forwarded to our technical department to assess the issue.
If no fault is found, the product will be returned to you (at no additional cost).
If the item is confirmed to be defective, several solutions will be offered:
A replacement with a new product;
A credit issued to your customer account;
A refund for your item.
