In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the ordered products to return their order.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service team at +33 2 33 54 14 15 (from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday) to confirm that your product is eligible for withdrawal. Any product that does not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, in perfect resalable condition, with no marks or signs of wear, and must include all labels and accessories.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Products with authenticity or security seals must not have been opened.
