At any time, you can convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher. To do so, go to your “My account” area, then the “My loyalty” tab, or convert them directly from your shopping cart by clicking the “Convert my points into a €— voucher” button.

Once confirmed, a discount voucher corresponding to the value of your loyalty points will be issued.

Please note that all of your loyalty points will be converted at once when you perform this action.

After conversion, you have one year from the creation date to use your discount voucher.

If you make a purchase for an amount lower than the value of your voucher, the order total will be deducted from it, and a new voucher will automatically be generated for the remaining balance.

If you make a purchase for an amount higher than the value of your voucher, the voucher amount will be deducted from the total, and you will be able to pay the remaining balance using the payment method of your choice.
