For an order to be canceled, its status must be “Preparation in progress.”
If your order status is “Out for delivery,” it can no longer be canceled.
To cancel your order yourself, go to your order history in your customer account, then click “Cancel my order.”
A confirmation message will then appear.
Canceling your order will automatically generate a credit note for the full amount of the order. You will have one month to use it.
If you would prefer a refund instead of a credit note, please contact our customer service team by phone or email.
If you do not wish to cancel your order yourself, you can also contact customer service at 02.33.54.14.15 or by email via our contact form, selecting “Order modification” as the reason. Our advisors will handle the request for you.
Please note that it is not possible to modify the contents of an order once it has been placed.
